Today 11th November 2007, those of us at UKIP Thanet committee will be remembering Geof Walton, from Deal, who served many years in the Royal Marine Band. Geof died this October and will be remembered for the friendliness and warmth he always showed us. UKIP Thanet and Deal will miss him greatly.
EVENT Film Show, Thanet Under Threat.
Saturday November 10th at 7.30 at the Granville Theatre.
This film shows the green spaces, parks and playing field at risk in our area. The film features interviews with residents, experts, and local politicians. “They’re building everywhere-including the seafront!” says one interviewee. What can we do to save our island?
This advert was given to me Trevor Cooper at the Westgate and Westbrook Residents Association prize evening the other day unfortunately Iwill be unable to see the film. If anyone can give me feedback on the film I would love to hear from you.
Thanks
Trevor Cooper.
