A council tenant has been successfully evicted from Kennedy House, Ramsgate, after throwing furniture, paint pots and other objects from his flats balcony.
Is eviction enough, should this person not have been locked up for endangering other tenants and the general public?

A friend has a bad leg and wants to see the Doctor. He works from 7am till 1pm daily and therefore can only ring at after 1pm. He does not wish to go sick at work as the company do not pay sick pay. But the surgery say there are no more appointments for today, ring back tomorrow.
Surely this is illegal for it will be several days before he is off and can ring at 8.30. Surely they could give him an appointment for the next day? In the mean time he can just limp around the work place in discomfort and sharp spells of pain!
Dear Sir/Madam,
Re: Dane Valley By-Election
I am a member of UKIP and did consider entering the Dane Valley By-Election on behalf of UKIP. However I think it is far more important that the independent vote is not split between candidates. Therefore, I urge all residents to vote for Wendy Allen, an independent candidate, on Thursday, 3rd December.
It is vital for the welfare of Thanet and its people that we break the hold the Tory and Labour parties have. These major parties have failed this country and do not deserve re-election.
Yours faithfully,
T Cooper
UKIP Member

I know I should begrudge the cost but strangely I don’t.
In this recession I can not see any more money available till nation votes for real change!
Thank God we have the pound!
If we didn’t have the pound our chancellor and The Bank of England could do nothing to fight recession.
We can alter interest rates.
We can change the value of the pound to improve exports
We can print more money.
In Spain and Portugal they have 20% unemployment and can do nothing!
Only one man, Czech President Mr Vaclav Klaus, is the keeping the EU and the Lisbon Treaty at bay. According to the Daily Telegraph, Wednesday 14th October, if Mr Klaus can hold out till next spring Mr Cameron will be able to hold a British Referendum.
Let us all pray that this is so.
Conspiracy Theorist would say “watch you back”. All good and powerful men in recent years have died: Sir James Goldsmith, John Smith, Robin Cook, Dr David Kelly. French President, Nicolas Sarkozy, has already threatened Mr Klaus with “consequences”!
The Surgery with the Thanet Parliamentary candidates proved to be a great success. It was held on the 30th September 2009 and it has been agreed to hold another on the 28th October 2009

It is good to hear that Iain Duncan Smith may have a good idea in reforming the welfare system. I’m yet to read the details but have heard only good reports.
UKIP would encourage people to work by upping the allowances, if we could all earn £10k before tax it would be worth working rather than than taking benefit.
