Trevor’s Charter
The UK today is out of balance. The financial so called experts and business executives of the UK have been greedy and irresponsible. You talk to any working class man or woman and they are disgusted with the way banks and business bosses walk away with excessive pay bonuses for failure. There needs to be real change.
The Charter and how it works.
In all UK companies the man at the top of a firm should not be allowed to take out in wages more than ten times that of the man at the bottom. So if a company is paying £6.00 per hour for the bottom of the ladder then the managing Director should not receive more than £60.00 per hour. You could argue that the director is working longer hours that would not be a problem if he works 60 hours he gets paid for the 60 hours. If there are genuine expenses then he is entitled to his expenses.
I work extremely hard for the company I work for, few work as hard as me and nobody works twice as hard and certainly not 10 times as hard so how can we justify the wages.
Our failing banks directors are taking sums of money they haven’t earned, Directors fail our country and rob our firms in ridiculous pension schemes and pay packages.
Wake up England to fair pay for all!
