The EU Constitution is the final piece in the EU Federal jigsaw. Blair
has signed the Treaty and put this
into place. It means that Britain will no longer exist as a free and
independent nation.
It is now time for action if we want to save our country.

Dear Pro Referendum Supporter

It is one week since the website http://www.proreferendumrally.co.uk
became operational.

We have had over 6,000 visitors to the site in that time, roughly
1,000
per day – and the supporters’ registration campaign has only just
begun!

Our next key milestone is 5,000 registered supporters. To achieve this
you
can easily help by carrying out the following simple registration
activities:

PHASE I – GENERATING SUPPORTERS REGISTRATIONS

1. Send your own persuasive and personalized email to all relevant
email
addresses that you have access to. You may want to remind the
recipient
that the Pro Referendum Rally WILL BE THEIR LAST OPPORTUNITY TO
ACTUALLY
DO SOMETHING TO REGAIN THEIR RIGHT TO A VOTE before the latest
European
Treaty becomes law. This Treaty, which many have described as the
European
Constitution by another name, is the last piece of the legal jigsaw in
creating a European Super State with a legal persona, in which British
law
will be subsumed – we will lose the basic right to govern ourselves.
The
ramifications for the constitutional and democratic freedom of British
people could not be more fundamental. This major Constitutional change
is
happening WITHOUT YOUR VOTE!

We MUST mobilise all British democrats - we have no time to lose.

Whatever your view is on economics, the environment, business, the
provision of public services, unions, the defense of the Realm, be
sure of
one thing - this European Treaty will dramatically erode your
democratic
right to fight for your beliefs. Time is now critical, the threat is
real

2. Get the message into the newspapers. Go to every newspaper’s
comment
section, every newspaper’s blog, and every newspaper’s editor and
write
your own persuasive comments and TELL THE READERS TO STEP UP TO THE
MARK
AND SIGN UP AT http://www.proreferendumrally.co.uk

3. Send me the email addresses of webmasters who would welcome the
opportunity to cross link with the Pro Referendum Rally website. It is
simple - more links equals more traffic equals more registered
supporters.

PHASE II – CREATING A PORTFOLIO OF SUPPORTING ORGANISATIONS

4. Send me contact names and email addresses of any organisation (this
is
a broad church) that would like to have a linked logo on the Pro
Referendum Rally website in recognition of their support for a
referendum
on the latest European Treaty
5. I have contacted all the main political parties, unions, business
organisations, pressure groups, and think tanks asking them for their
direct involvement in the Steering Group. I will let you know how they
respond. I will shortly put up a list of the organisations that I have
contacted on the website with their response - even if there has been
no
response.

PHASE III – LOCAL CAMPAIGN ACTIVITIES

6. Once we have 5,000 registered supporters I will group, by postal
code,
those supporters who have volunteered for local campaigning and put
them
in touch with others in their group. Once you receive your group list
waste no time in collectively developing your local campaign for the
Pro
Referendum Rally.
7. Develop your own local materials that reflect your democratic
perspective on why it is important to support the Pro Referendum
Rally.
Send me samples of your campaigning materials for inclusion on the
website. Get your local community to sign up on the Pro Referendum
Rally
website.
8. Organise mass transport to the Rally

PHASE IV – RALLY DAY (MINIMUM TARGET 500,000 RALLY SUPPORTERS)

9. The Rally Day must be held when there is maximum press coverage and
public awareness of the signing of the Treaty. This will be after the
next
Inter Governmental Conference (IGC) early in the New Year. A date for
this
has not yet been announced. After the IGC you will hear the normal
lies
about “red lines”, and “you must be daft to call this a Constitution”
and
“British interest have been protected” and “this does not require a
referendum” – ALL LIES - THIS IS A MASSIVE AND FINAL TRANSFER OF
BRITISH
LAW MAKING SOVEREIGNTY – IT MUST HAVE YOUR VOTE BEFORE IT CAN HAPPEN.

The Rally Day will be after the IGC and before Mr. Brown rushes the
Treaty
through Parliament – which he will undoubtedly try to do. All true
British
democrats will be waiting for him on the Pro Referendum Rally. Date to

advised

10. I am in dialogue with the London Metropolitan Police in regard to
routes. Routes to be advised

PHASE V – POST RALLY DAY ACTIVITIES

11. A range of peaceful but robust follow-up activities (all strictly
within the law) are being planned to press the Government on all
sides,
until your vote on this Treaty is restored.
12. A HUGE party in London to celebrate your victory in regaining your
right to vote on this Treaty – FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION
13. Normal British democratic processes will proceed in the run-up to
the
Treaty Referendum.
